We all know that drink revenues increase over the festive period. So here’s three tips that will help you maximise your soft drink sales.
- Spirit sales increase by 40%, so make sure you have all the mixers you need.
- Up sell the ‘designated drivers’ and non-drinkers to more premium soft drinks. 83% want a more interesting recommendation so make sure your staff push high margin interesting products such as our Funky Ginger Beer.
- Include soft drink suggestions on your menus. Sales are always higher alongside food.
