We all know that drink revenues increase over the festive period. So...

We all know that drink revenues increase over the festive period. So here’s three tips that will help you maximise your soft drink sales.

  • Spirit sales increase by 40%, so make sure you have all the mixers you need.
  • Up sell the ‘designated drivers’ and non-drinkers to more premium soft drinks. 83% want a more interesting recommendation so make sure your staff push high margin interesting products such as our Funky Ginger Beer.
  • Include soft drink suggestions on your menus. Sales are always higher alongside food.
  • Most importantly make sure you place your orders in plenty of time. Our Christmas cover is below so please take note.
